What this website collects
This website does not store any personal information. It has no database, no user accounts, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
The request form on our contact page does not send anything to a server of ours. When you submit it, your browser builds a WhatsApp message containing the details you typed and opens WhatsApp so you can send it yourself. Nothing is saved on this website at any point.
What we receive when you contact us
When you message, call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, and details about your property or water system. We use that information only to answer you, to quote a system and to arrange delivery and installation. We do not sell it and we do not share it for marketing.
Third parties involved
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Messages you send us travel through WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
- Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google’s servers, which means your browser requests those files from Google.
- Google Maps. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps and loads only when you reach that part of the page.
- Our hosting provider. The provider that serves this site keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.
We do not use AI systems to process the information you send us.
How long we keep information
We keep customer enquiries and order details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our records obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
