Ordering, delivery and returns

How to order

Pick your size on the product page and add it to your order, or simply message us on WhatsApp at +961 81 681 111. We confirm the size, the price and the delivery arrangement with you before anything is dispatched. If you are not sure which size fits, send us a photo of your main water line and we will tell you.

Payment: cash on delivery

You pay cash on delivery. There is no online payment on this website, we do not take card details, and nothing is charged before the unit reaches you. Prices are shown in US dollars, one time per unit.

Delivery

Delivery is a flat $5 anywhere in Lebanon, from our base in Zahle. Timing is agreed with you directly on WhatsApp or by phone and confirmed before dispatch.

Installation

The unit clamps onto your main water line and needs no modification to your plumbing. Installation arrangements are agreed case by case depending on your property and location.

If something is wrong with your order

Check the unit when it is delivered, before paying. If a unit arrives damaged or is not what was agreed, refuse the delivery or tell us immediately on +961 81 681 111 and we will replace it or cancel the order.

For any issue found after delivery, contact us and we will agree the resolution with you directly. Because every order is confirmed personally before dispatch, we handle these case by case rather than through a fixed returns window.

Warranty

Every unit carries a lifetime warranty. Keep your receipt and contact us on +961 81 681 111 if you ever have a problem with it.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday, 9am to 2pm. Closed Sunday.
